If you participate in or are interested in training, workshops, online classes or for any other reason provide personal data to Qi Art, you thereby consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with these privacy regulations. What data does Qi Art process:
In the context of your participation in (online) classes, workshops and other services and products, the following personal data are processed:
first and last name, date of birth, gender, address details and possibly postal address, telephone number(s), e-mail address(es), bank account number(s), social media accounts.
If you do not purchase services or products from Qi Art, but you do show an interest, Qi Art processes the following personal data:
first and last name, email address, social media accounts.
What does Qi Art do with your data:
Your name, address, telephone number, date of birth, gender and e-mail address is used for contact about the services and products (for example Tai Chi online classes), their possible cancellation and for providing the information you have requested.
Your name and bank account number are used to process payments from the services and products purchased.
Your name, e-mail address and telephone number will be used until two years after your participation at the latest to ask you about your experiences with the services and products of Qi Art.
Qi Art only processes information from social media if you have connected your accounts to the social media accounts of Qi Art (for example Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram). You can disconnect the link to Qi Art at any time in your own social media account.
Email reporting (opt-out):
Qi Art uses your name and email address to send you information about new (online) classes, workshops and other relevant Tai Chi information. Unsubscribing for these mailings is possible at any time through the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each mailing or you can send an email to arnout@qi-art.nl with the request to unsubscribe.
Retention periods:
Qi Art processes and stores your personal data for the duration of the service you have purchased (for example a online course) or product (for example an e-book) for a maximum of seven years thereafter. This period is based on the tax retention obligation for the administration of entrepreneurs used by the Dutch Tax Authorities.
If you have not purchased any services or products from Qi Art and have only shown interest, then Qi Art will process and store your personal data for up to two years after the date on which you expressed an interest. The personal data will thereafter be deleted.
Security measures and processors:
Qi Art has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. For the processing of personal data, Qi Art uses services from third parties, so-called processors (such as web hosting, email and payment systems). We have a processor agreement with the processors.
Right of inspection, removal, questions and complaints:
You can submit a request to view, receive, change or delete your personal information at any time via arnout@qi-art.nl. Qi Art will process your request and inform you within two weeks about it. Any other questions or comments about this privacy statement can also be directed to arnout@qi-art.nl.
Amendments:
This privacy policy can be changed. We advise you to regularly view this privacy policy.
